this was really just a screen capture i took to show my cousin the impressive video quality of the
railgun episodes i have been watching. i did no modifications beyond removing a little watermark
from the corner and optimizing the jpeg for filesize.
it actually turns out to be a good wallpaper. i used it for almost three weeks. =D
