my first naruhina wallpaper. this quickly became one of my most downloaded works, which is odd since i almost ended up deleting it from not liking it very much. i set out to go a certain direction with this piece and it fought me the whole way. i worked on it for many upsetting hours as i couldn't get the feelings i wanted across.

in the end, i feel i lost and the piece won. i ended up publishing it around and watched as it became an instant classic. i suspect that much of this has to do with the sheer number of naruhina shippers out there, although some have noted that hinata seems a bit sad. i guess that means some of my intended emotion did get projected afterall.
