this is my first konori mii wallpaper. konori sempai has a certain je ne c'est quoi that makes her one of my all time favourite anime characters despite the fact that her airtime is relatively small (consider that railgun barely has four main characters unlike the dozens upon dozens in naruto and bleach etc etc).

i originally planned to use this wallpaper to work on my grunge techniques in photoshop, but as is often the case, the piece sometimes takes on a life of its own and this one decided that it wanted to be clean and simple instead. kind of like konori sempai herself. =D
